Bubba Jean met us at the door and was warm and welcoming, old time hospitality. Down home style food. Lots of fried food, but SO much flavor! Saturday is the seafood buffet, with a salad bar. Shrimp, fish, crab cakes, frog legs, dirty rice, red-eye gravy and white gravy...everything was amazing and perfectly cooked. Hubby ordered off menu. His chicken fried steak was wonderful, and huge. Best onion rings we've had in a long time. Fresh mashed potatoes...with gravy of course. Everything had flavor...not too spicy, but seasoned. It was a very pleasant meal. In addition...there was corn hole tournament going on.. what fun.
We attended a birthday dinner here. The building was very spacious and very clean with lots of seating. There was a bounce house for the smaller children to enjoy. The seafood buffet had lots of delicious choices. They also have a menu with lots of options. I did notice that the owner walked around and checked at each table to make sure that everything was OK. That was so refreshing to see. Thanks
Went on a Saturday night for buffet and wasn't disappointed at all! Everything was hot fresh and ready! Waitress made sure you were good and well taken care of! I will definitely be back.. thanks for the good food Bubba Jeans!!
All you can eat mostly fried seafood and salad bar. You also had Apple cobbler and Banana Pudding for desert. They also offer a menu but we choice not to look at it . The buffet had a good choice from Catfish to Alligator to Frog Legs and then the normal stuff. For 2 buffets and water $54.02. I agree with the atmosphere and service (aggressive friendly) AAA for getting out there and trying that's saying something in today's world way to go Bubba Jean and staff. Need to go back and try the menu.
what a wonderful place, a diamond in the rough. Bubba and his family atmosphere is a ray of sunshine in the storm of uncertainty.
We had the seafood buffet, from Crab to calamari, gator, etoufee, and the dessert choices are to die for. kudos, ๐ ๐ ๐ bravo.
