Chris's Place

We stopped at Chris’s place on a whim, the best part of the meal was how perfectly fried the catfish was, with a beautifully seasoned batter which paired perfect with his homemade Tatar sauce. We definitely were not disappointed by his pinto beans, you could definitely tell they were homemade and not from a can. The service itself was amazing, Chris has a great energy, that we thoroughly enjoyed. We will definitely have to stop again on our way back through.

Stopped at chris’ place on our way to Dallas, the food was awesome! It’s super small and intimate, Chris was the only one there cooking and serving, but did amazing! The food came out in a timely manner, good portions, great sweet tea, super hot food. We got to know Chris, he’s an amazing person. He cares about people, and loves Jesus. You will feel blessed when you leave. We fell in love with Chris’s place, and will stop every time we pass through. Keep up the great work Chris!

Good quality food. If I had to guess I would say the owner is getting supplies from the grocery store. The Big Man burger put me to shame as I couldn’t finish it. Portions are more than generous. Even has a Keto friendly menu
