Absolutely the best steak I've ever had in my life. I can't remember my servers name for the life of me but they were all friendly. Manager made sure to check in and see how our food and overall experience was. It was my first time here. I will definitely be back.

Wonderful food. Our first time in a restaurant since quarantine started. Great social distancing, our waiter, Vincent, is excellent! Everyone had masks. He offered us hand sanitizer when we sat down. And tore up our paper menus at our table. The experience made me feel at ease!

Food was amazing. The restaurant manager went above and beyond to makes sure all the customers were well taken care of and that the food was perfect. She and her staff did very well providing excellent customer service!

The food was great and the place and atmosphere were wonderful; however, the service was easily the worst I've ever experienced.
1. I ordered coffee at the beginning of my meal and after 2 reminders I finally received it; however, I received it when I was almost done and pretty much ready for the check so I had to chug.
2. Family member ordered spinach as a side and got broccoli.
3. 2 people from our table received their food
About 10 minutes before everyone else. (We were only a party of 6.)
4. It took around 10 minutes to get our drink order and about another 30 minutes to finally take our food order. She was complaining that they were really busy. Guests don't want to hear that and there were only 4 other tables with people. 2 of which only had 2 people.
5. After we got our drinks I waited quite a while for her to come back to ask for straws.
6. When the 2 kids at my table asked for refills, because their drinks had been empty for so long, she replied rudely "I can only do one at a time, *scoff* kids!"
7. She kept saying our bread would be out shortly, but we never received it. I'm a woman I love my bread and was looking forward to it!

Iwas a server for about 10 years and I can fully understand being either in a work position that is just simply not your strong suit or it being very busy making it difficult to get everything done perfectly and in a timely manner, but once she was rude to the kids at our table that's when I decided that she's not just having an off day and that this occurrence needs to be noted. Such a shame, had we had anyone else I would've recommended this place but I don't want to recommend it and then have those people waited on by her. I would never be taken seriously again.
