(May 17, 2020, 10:14 pm)I purposely ask for an extra thing of gravy, I did not get it, even though I asked the young lady at the window if she was sure there was an extra thing of gravy and she said yes plus I didn't get any dipping sauces like I said on receipt for my chicken strips. I understand times are hard right now, they're just as hard for me as they are for anybody else and when I spend what little bit of money I have on something to eat I expect to get what I'm giving my money for. I usually love Popeyes but today I am hot and miserable I'm very disappointed , I got all the way home and I really don't want to go back out in the heat for a stupid thing of gravy and dipping sauces.

(March 4, 2020, 5:28 am)Food is okay. They seem to have a hard time getting order correct when sending them out. They also seem to have a hard time keeping food ready for orders. Always waiting for them to make food.
