Tacos y Carnitas “El Jefe”

Place was OK people were nice but the tacos were a little undersized ad they forgot my melon drink when I was the only one there got home then realized then came back and got it i also got the Chicharrón 16 bucks worth but they were over cooked or old the salsa was good tho

I usually order the chicken fajitas plate. It's very tasty and mine have had generous food portions. The breakfast tacos are pretty good as well. A little pricey, but overall good.

It's ok. I wouldn't say it's 'Estilo Michoacan' as the tagline says. Inspired by and close but it's also influenced by the local CC flavor and menu items. So, in this sense, it was a letdown. I'd really like to have a go to place for carnitas.
Ok to try but once you do it's up to you if you find it a place to repeat.

Sopotamadre! By far the most authentic taste of a region In Corpus Christi that I have had! This will be our GO TO on the weekends for sure! We got CARNITAS, BUCHE, AND CUERITOS in the 2lb combo! Came with tortillas, and the Salsas are what they should be!
THAT LADY IN THE OTHER POST SHOULD HAVE DEFINITELY WAITED!🤣🤣🤣
Can't wait to try the CHICHARRON. they were out this time! There's always tomorrow! 🫡🫡🫡

And still had some left over! We are a family of 3.
