Taqueria Mi Ranchito

Their milanesa is great, infact everything I have eaten there has been great and Lisbeth is a very wonderful person. My crew and I are regulars.

I had 2 breakfast tacos. One chorizo, potato, egg and cheese, and the other sausage, potato, egg and cheese.

The tortillas are amazing. Super soft without ripping apart, and excellent flavor. The chorizo taco wasn't covered in grease, and they aren't stingy with the sausage like some places.

The green salsa was fantastic. Not so much tomatillo where it overpowers, but could use some more heat. It's mild but that's okay because the red sauce is super spicy! I'm no spice wimp (I put ground Chile petins on everything), and this was muy picoso! I put too much on my first taco expecting the standard wimpy sauce, and that was a mistake.

The tortillas though. Fantastic!

I've only been here once. Hopefully not just a good day. The tacos were big and filling. I shouldn't have eaten both but I couldn't stop eating.

Service was prompt and friendly.

The only benefit of this restaurant is the fact that they have a limited all you can eat buffet

Delicious tacos I thought I was in Tijuana. The beer was cold. During lunch they have a buffet.

August 8, 2018 was the first time eating at Mi Ranchito and I liked it. The food was great as I had the carne asada taco with refried beans and a carne guisada taco with cheese. The carne guisada was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of seasoning. It was served on a corn tortilla made in-house.
The carne asada taco came with refried beans and it too, was good. If you haven't gone by try it out as they have daily specials for breakfast and lunch.
