The Blue Clove Seafood Bar and Grill

Amazing flavors and incredible service! Kitchen timing could use a little work for 5 stars. Delicious appetizer! (The fried sampler). Outstanding service! My main, tuna (cooked perfectly) and sides were cold, and my son's steak was overdone. Great drinks as well.

Contacted the restaurant that afternoon to make a reservation for that night. Good thing I did. People were waiting to be seated. The waitress was courteous and friendly. Our orders did not take too long. The food looked like the pictures on their website menu. We enjoyed it. For my personal taste, more seasoning for an even better flavor would help, but the food was quality and tasty. I ordered the whole fried snapper. If you want fish, I can recommend this restaurant. My family was pleased with their food too, especially the desserts. This was our first visit to the Blue Clove. Heard so many positive comments that we had to try it.

A must go to!! Food delicious! Waitress welcoming and wonderful! Family friendly or great for a date night!! Loved it all and will be back soon!! We are a family of 6 and we all left happy!! It’s hard to find good seafood here in Corpus, which is odd, but this place won’t let you down!!

The appetizers on the menu were very hard to choose from. Everything looked amazing. We had 2 orders of ceviche as well as the bacon wrapped shrimp. Perfection. The gumbo was so good, and very meaty. We all had different versions of drum, and each one was unique and tasty. The bar didn't disappoint either... I had a old fashion that was made with the perfect balance of sweet vs bourbon. The dirty kettle martini was also on point. Great place with an attentive and friendly staff.

Food here is incredible! No question that the secret is fresh seafood prepared to the highest standards. Fantastic flavors, attention to detail and exquisite presentation. Even the desserts are excellent.
