This place has the best chicken salad in the world. They are the only place you can get a real burger.

Good Burgers and Philly Cheese Steaks for a Google Find while passing thru. Small place with a Drive Thru with a 50-60's decorations.
There is a good variety of Ice Cream (Blue Bell) Treats to choose from, so if you just want something sweet, you can find something you like here too.
1st time customer but I would stop in again if near this town.

Fun atmosphere, affordable prices, friendly staff, and delicious food.
I stopped in today by chance as I was driving through robstown around noon and decided to give this place a try. I really enjoyed the decorations and general atmosphere of the place. The walls are covered in rock&roll memorabilia. The music playing was Elvis, Chuck berry, buddy Holly, and other like that. Felt very much like a classic diner from the 1950s. I especially like the guitar shaped bar in the center. All the staff was so cheerful and friendly, which isn't required, but certainly makes one feel welcome. As I've never been here before I asked the cashier what he suggests and he gave me some general information about the menu and let me know that the Philly cheesesteak sandwich was on special on friday. I chose that with some seasoned fries. Y'all, it was delicious. Too hot to handle at first, I had to let it cool down for a few minutes. The roll was toasted just right. The crust was crisp and the inside soft and warm. The Swiss cheese was melted and so gooey. The peppers and onion were sweet and caramelized. The meat was juicy but not chewy. Though I swear the fries were even better. Thick cut, and seasoned. I didn't even use ketchup because they were so gosh darn tasty. Plus, the ice they use for their drinks is that good crushed ice. All my ice chewers out there know what I mean. That stuff is the best. If I'm ever in robstown around lunchtime again I'll definitely be coming back.
