Downtown Cantina - Mineral Wells

Road trip, so glad I stopped in. Super friendly ppl. Food was amazing. They had the coolest music playing n the background. COOL PLACE.

Great patio and excellent taco. Get the fried chicken taco. Wings are killer

Both locations are great. The food is far from over priced and the food is so good. Great service as well. I would highly recommend this place. Especially if your in Mineral Wells looking for good tacos ! Also the wing are delicious too. 5 stars all the way

Good, but seriously needs improvements. Such as serving a salad in a plastic basket with a parchment liner is unacceptable. I was digging through the torn soggy liner in order to eat my dinner. All the while, Wondering if the plastic basket was adequately washed after it was used last. My husband had the same problem with his loaded french fries.
Additionally, The menu is a bit difficult to read and understand for a first time visitor. I paid an extra $2.00 to make my tacos into a salad but it was served on simple iceberg lettuce. I also had to pay $2 more for salad dressing.
Over all I feel like things are a bit overpriced and lacking real quality. The place does have character though. My sangria was stout but again, lacking quality and real flavor.

The tacos are good a little pricey. Service is good. it's a pretty cool place to go out with friends. I wish they would put the Ghost pepper taco back the menu it was amazing!
