For just opening, these folks know their business! Food was absolutely incredible and served fairly quickly. Waitress was attentive to our needs. We definitely will be returning soon!

The place is new and it feels like they are still getting their feet under them. Having said that, the food is very good. The charro beans are great. In fact if you aren't really hungry, a bowl of those beans and some warm tortillas would make an exceptional lunch.
One important note is to be there early. As with a lot of BBQ places, when it's gone, it's gone. When we were there, they were out of the brisket, but the ribs and sausage were very good.

A fusion of Venezuelan , Mexican and American tastes.
Everything is made in house.
Generous portions at reasonable prices. Food is delicious. We had the one meat plate and a two meat plate. We were divided on the Chopped brisket, I liked it, very tender and tasty, verses too much fat and somewhat bland. The Pork ribs were fantastic! The house made potato salad is quite good, Venezuelan style.
Charo beans are really good.
They were sold out of the pulled pork when we arrived.
The white rice is NOT bland dry rice. It was very good.
Order extra flour tortillas so no fist fights break out.
