    Chicken Express is always good and they will cook your livers or gizzards the way you want them, but today we went to the Carthage Texas location. I met the manager there today and her name is Haley. She definitely impressed me with her overall attitude and kind words to the customers. I will definitely be going back there for lunch. I wish there were more people like her in this world.

    This Chicken Express is GREAT we've had them before and anytime we are in Carthage after ten am we pickup a big box and eat it for lunch and supper. It's great chicken for the price. Really enjoy it.

    Well the only thing i go for is the sweet tea. If the chicken wasnt dry all the time maybe the other stars could be placed. Chicken is in the name why can it be good.

    This was our first visit and really enjoyed the lunch. We all ordered the to go box that had 3-4 pieces with a selection of side roll and gravy. The chicken was the smaller tenders but really crispy and a good flavor. The selection of sides was our favorite part. They have chooses like Mac N Cheese m, fried cheese sticks, etc.
