    I had an AMAZING breakfast here. I had been raving pancakes for weeks and Annie’s did not disappoint. Quick service, clean facility and great waitstaff!

    We moved to the area 4 months ago, and we are trying to check out a new restaurant for lunch on Saturdays. This time we went to Annie's. First of all, we are constantly amazed by how friendly and welcoming everyone in the area is! We were in Arlington, and we were looking for a slower pace. I think we chose well! Every single person in the restaurant spoke to us and made us feel comfortable! My husband had chicken fried steak, and I had chicken tenders. They were both delicious, and the desserts looked great! We'll have to try those next time! The staff is all super warm and professional! Our meals were delicious and our order was exactly as we ordered! Their cream gravy has a little extra flavor, and it was perfect! We're definitely going back!

    Everyone is so friendly, and the food is delicious! My husband had chicken fried steak, and I had chicken tenders both with okra and mashed potatoes. It was all great! The prices are reasonable, too!

    I love this place, its a side-of-the-highway gem! The comfort food is great, the staff is friendly, wait time minimal. I visit frequently on work lunch breaks.
    Breakfast burritos are awesome and so is the chicken fried steak! Highly recommend the hummingbird cake!
