Kincaid's Hamburgers

The burger was delicious and fries too so I give it high marks but the service is terrible. I waited for an embarrassing amount of time just to see how long it would take for them to make more tea after I told them they were out. It took 30 minutes. It took 15 minutes to get my food. The burger was outstanding.

Great burgers and wonderful O-rings. The staff is very friendly and prompt. Will be back.

First, the food is very good. Not a question. The food deserves five stars; the service less than two. The problem, there is a bunch of kids trying to run this show and they are not very good at it. It’s a hamburger. Whataburger, a fast food restaurant, comes in to a close second of being as slow as this place. There are too many hamburger places around Weatherford that have a hamburger that is just as good and don’t take near as long. These folks really need to rethink how they do business. There was many people around us commenting negatively about the service and one table that actually stood and cheered when their order was called because they had been waiting so long.

Very good burger. One of my faves because they are big and juicy and made to order. A little pricey but I think it's worth it.

When I went they were pretty slow. My burger was a decent burger. The burger was a good size, and the onion rings were awesome. I would just be happier with a little more seasoning on my fries. My daughter enjoyed the corn dog a lot, and fried were pretty good too.
