Jack in the Box

Good food, fries were hot and fresh. Our burgers were customer ordered to our preference. customer service was not good. Went through drive through. Window opens and guy just starts handing me drinks. No hi, no, verifying of my order. Then he just looks at me and holds his hand out. No words come out of his mouth. So I hand him my card and he swipes it and hands it back to me. Still no words, so I said thank u. He did say your welcome then turned to get our food. Handed me the bag of food, and shut the door. Customer service is just as big of a part of a restaurant as the food. I'd rather get great customer service and ok food.

Food was amazing. The service area was clean and the employees were nice and welcoming. Will come again :)))

Ran over ketchup packet in drive thru and it busted all over my car. I went inside to ask for some water and rag to clean it off so it doesn't ruin the paint and the manager came out and cleaned it all off herself!! Great service and very friendly!!

The staff were very nice. I'm handicapped and they were nice enough to bring my meal to the table. I tried the new chicken egg sandwich and it was delicious!
