    OUTSTANDING all the way around! Steak and shrimp were the best I've had in a long time! Great service and friendly atmosphere! Everything down to the salad dressing is homemade or hand-battered!

    Stumbled on to Big Jakes and best thing that ever happened. Food was fantastic and the service was fast and friendly. A must stop!

    Don't let the rugged exterior keep you from stopping. The food is pure perfection! You can cut the steaks with a fork. I think we have probably eaten everything on the menu at some point and have never been disappointed.

    Great food and great service. It’s hard to get a home cooked meal like this anywhere. You can taste the love!
