Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

It was okay. It was very dirty and grimy. I know good employees are hard to come by, but this restaurant seemed like there was no one who cared. The advertisements were falling out of the windows, nobody picked them up. The drink station was out of drink straws and filthy. The floors were sticky. The bathrooms weren't too bad. The food was decent, but I wondered what the back kitchen and fridge areas looked like.

First time here. Was not impressed with the food at all. Burger was okay at best Fries were not good, didn't finish eating them. Gave it a 4 star because the workers were very friendly and looked to be enjoying their jobs.

4 stars for cleanliness. The ice cream area is atrocious, & dirty. Making ice cream banana splits, milkshakes, and sundaes outweigh being clean, and sanitary in this area. The tables are always dirty for dine-in. The fountain drink area is very dirty, it could be susceptible to the infamous green slime.

The food, and ice cream are always delicious. The service is always prompt, and the workers always treat the customers with respect.

We love the Ice Cream and the vast variety of flavors. Banana Pecan and Pineapple Upside Down Cake... good deals on milk and dairy. Lots of other things that you need. The burgers and chicken strips are a favorite too.
