First time going to a Jason's Deli in a very long time. Went at a very slow time with only one table with customers and no one behind us. The very tall blonde asked what we would like & I said one moment. While we were reviewing the menu, she asked us again without giving us much time to decide. She was very impatient and never had a smile on her face. Felt rushed and quickly decided on the Reuben and partner ordered a the CB potato. Once we sat down I mentioned to my partner that she had a terrible attitude. He agreed. She brought our meal with the same type of attitude. No smile, no nothing! The Reuben was full of meat, but lacked dressing. Partner said his potato was hard like it been sitting for awhile. I understand we all have bad days, but when you are in customer service you need to put your feelings aside and provide friendly service. I was a Customer Service manager and one of my requirements was to always treat the customer with a smile and kindness, especially when you are the first point of contact.
Great salad bar. I ordered one trip to the salad bar, french onion soup and 1/2 ham & salami Muffaletta with olive mix spread (loved it). I also got a drink. A little over $20. I feel like that's pretty pricey but it was good.
My sandwich was amazing! The gluten free bread is better than other allergen friendly breads I've tried!
Helpful with my restrictions, and were ready and quick, even when I had a last minute extra order.
Will gladly be back! (P.S wishing I could order a loaf of their gluten free bread lol)
Jason’s Deli is one of the only places in town to get a reasonably priced healthy meal. By far the best salad bar in town! I got the salad bar the other night and I was so pleased to see that they even had quinoa added to the selection! I told management how happy I was about it and they said they will serve it as long as they can get it! (supply issues are still running rampant for restaurants) My mom got a roast beef sandwich with with au jus and it was packed with meat. The man across from us ordered a pastrami sandwich and I couldn’t believe the amount of meat that was on it! Seriously, it seemed like way too much food for one person. My husband got his favorite, which is the California club and it’s perfect every time. I love that they have gluten-free options and they are happy to substitute or change things for you. What made this visit even better than before is that they are now doing live music on Fridays. How awesome to be able to listen to local music while dining here! The staff is always friendly and this location is always super clean. The service is quick and I have no complaints whatsoever. Jason‘s is always an easy suggestion and there’s something for everyone here. Never have I said, “Let’s go to Jason‘s“ and someone has said, “Nah.”
Got to take out here last night. I got the wild salmon-wich which tasted fine, not amazing, I guess it was just not what I was expecting after reading the description. For some reason my steamed veggies were placed in a plastic bag inside the takeout container. There could be several explanations for this, I won’t elaborate here. Overall, it was OK, I won’t be back when I’m looking for healthy food.
