In the world of yesterday, not having a working website was acceptable. But today, your website should be simi-accurate. Put in an order on the site for the paramount location and was told it wouldn't be ready for 80 minutes. No problem. About 40 minutes into the wait I got a call asking if anyone was going to pick up the order as it had been sitting waiting for a while. Once I got there to pick it up, I pointed out the issue with the web site and was told "we don't control the site." No offer to even try to make up for the fact that my pizza was sitting out for over an hour because of me being misinformed by their website.

Love this place. Food is always amazing. Atmosphere is very "come as you are" friendly. The staff are not notch and the price is super budget friendly.

We came in from out of state and decided to order takeout. We read the reviews and hoped they were right. WOW! The staff is fast, efficient, and pleasant. Our food was ready in 10 minutes....and their place was packed! Delicious Chef Salad, Caesar Salad, and spicy sausage sandwich, all fresh and well prepared! Highly recommend!

I have been loving pizza planet since I was a kid. The are family owned an that I love. But the real reason I’m writing this review is I want to personally thank Vincent for his excellent customer service. Good Customer service is what I look for when have interaction with other’s. An Mr. Vincent your awesome!
