Starbucks

They wayered down my passion tea so much you could hardly taste the tea.. so bland, lol. My husband's Chai tea was great, though.

Great drinks and fast service!

Walked inside because I couldn’t get a gift card to work that I had saved in the app. The young lady at the counter (Taelor) was very helpful and patient with us. We encountered two other workers who were also exceedingly pleasant. My daughter even commented that was the best experience she’s had at a Starbucks, ever. Oh and the coffee and food was very good as well.

After moving here from Dallas I can see a distinct difference between locations in the attitudes of staff, the taste of the drinks (training issues) and lack of ambiance that makes Starbucks famous. The thing most noticeable is lack of teamwork and no visible management. I never get the same tasting drink between 3 locations: 2 stores and a inside United Supermarket. All different. One location had no available restrooms. The indoor locations do not support the Starbucks App.

Update* Since last visit we have gone twice and those two times they have been out of everything we want.

Line was a bit long for it being an early afternoon but it moved fairly quick. The barista was super nice when I couldn't find my gift card. Overall a good experience. We also tried some drink combos and the pink one is by far the best.
