Look. I was skeptical of the quality of this place. Pecos is in the middle of nowhere west Texas. The town itself is very much your stereotypical boomtown. The building is one of the nicer buildings on the street and there is plenty of parking. When we walked in we were so excited to see a man, behind glass, just making dough. Just a man who loves his craft and does a dang good job at it. We order kung fu pow w/fried rice, steamed wontons dumplings, egg rolls- which yeah those were great BUT I love soup dumplings and they were so unbelievably good. I could have melted in a puddle of joy because those soup dumplings were so yummy. The only thing I wish is that I lived closer so I could go all the time.

It was a delightful mistake as we drove into Pecos & chance upon this diner.
The exterior may not look appealing but the interior looks comforting.
Chefs are a nice and friendly Chinese couple.
I would recommend that you check this place out if you're around the area.
Very reasonable priced and portion is decent.
I got the mapo tofu and dumplings, my drink was milk boba. The tea itself was delicious but the boba wasn't to my liking. It wasn't tapioca, and if it was... well, the texture was off. Overall it was a great experience and delicious find in Pecos.
Tried the food here on our trip to West Texas. The service is very good and they served our order pretty fast. The food is delicious. We tried Dry Fry Spicy Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, vegetable bao and Chicken Fried rice. All these items tasted very good. If you like spicy food, this place is a treat for your taste buds.
We also met with Chef Andrew. He is from West Bengal, India. He told he can make some off-the-menu Indian dishes if we want, but we were done with our dinner by then, so didnt get a chance to try them. So if you are looking for some Indian food in Pecos, may be you have a chance here.
