GM's Fire BBQ and More

Great food. The brisket was super moist with a good bark on it. The pulled pork was great and the Mac & Cheese was nice and creamy. Staff was super friendly.

If i could give more then 5 stars I would in a heartbeat! The food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We stopped by passing through the area on our way elsewhere…the owners we beyond amazing people and their daughter we got to meet was precious! They heard it was my birthday and brought me out cake! The brisket grilled cheese was to die for. We loved getting to know the owners and my boyfriend got to play guitar with him as well. We are so glad we stopped here.

Didn’t expect it, but food was by and far some of the best BBQ we’ve had a in a while. Super quaint, clean, affordable and simple, but everything from ribs to the brisket to the sides were perfect. I like how they didn’t cheap out on the sides. Most places prioritize the quality of their meat but lack in the ‘sides and fixins’. Here you could tell the sides were done with care and made with fresh ingredients.

I’ll probably never make it back to south Texas but I will 100% eat here again if I do !

This place is fantastic. They are wonderful! Good food, fantastic service and very dog friendly. I would readily recommend them to anyone. They readily accommodated my group that was on a doggy rescue trip. The food was fast and hot and good served by wonderful waitresses.

Tasty food and plenty of it, family atmosphere family run. Our waitress was a 12\13 year old girl sweet kid but knew what she was doing. Got the orders right, refilled our drinks quickly. Tip her well she splits the tips with Mom who runs the kitchen. Next time we go to Corpus Christi we'll be stopping for sure.
