Manny's Uptown Tex-Mex Restaurante

My husband and I ate at Manny’s in Heath for the first time this afternoon. Our experience was outstanding but the best part was our server Lexi. She was cheerful, attentive and informative about the menu. She was a delight as our server. The restaurant followed all social distancing guidelines and took every precaution to keep us safe. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I think we found a new regular restaurant!

We went on 5/28 and it was our first time to eat at Manny's. We were a party of 6 and we all had different opinions of the food. Mine was outstanding, 5 stars while others were good or just ok nothing special. I had the two enchilada plate, see picture. One was chicken and the other was brisket. They were very good, flavorful, moist and tender. The other opinions were the opposite. Like any other restaurant the food quality can vary from day to day or from shift to shift. The ice tea was very very weak. Seeing the tea in the glass was difficult because it was so lite it almost looked like water. The service was good, but could have been a bit faster. The waiter was a very nice man. I'm sure we will return many times.

Outstanding service. Our server (Carlos) gave a great (off the menu) recommendation and was thoughtful of making the food not so spicy for our little one. He personally made our guacamole himself. TOP NOTCH! Very personable. Great outdoor space. Highly recommend.
