    Took longer than expected but well worth the wait . Deer meat my family enjoys . Great flavor and packaging .

    It took awhile for the deer to be processed but after picking up my meat and tasting my dear i am very very happy with them. They vacuum sealed everything and i love the meat choices I picked out. I brought the dear jalapeno summer sausage to work and it is a hit. Good job.

    I went in person for my nephew to make sure these guys are open now.
    So when my nephew gets his results I will be able to update this review

    The place is in a good rural location, the building and property are clean & orderly.

    Prices & services are on sign above entrance.

    Not far from IH30 going up FM3549 to HWY66 just inside Fate, TX city limits.

    A great variety of sausages to choose from. Processing takes a bit longer sometimes but you get your deer meat back. They don't mix grind your deer with other deer. They do them one at a time.
