The Hop

Food is always great but everytime I get a bacon cheeseburger through the drive through I get home and find out it's just a cheeseburger. Please pay more attention and check your to go orders before giving it to your customer. I live 30 minutes out of Coldspring so this is really inconvenient.

Great service and pretty good food! However, if I order something specific (like "easy on the mayo" or "no onions"), it's completely looked over. Id give them a pass if it hadn't happened 10 times already

Great food..better service. It's like stepping back to 1955. Very good prices. We stop in there every time we go to Coldsprings.

The staff was more worried about the latest gossip in town than tending to the customers. We were one of three tables seated and it took about forty five minutes to get our order which consisted of a cheeseburger, cheese sticks, and chili cheese fries. Had the food been amazing, this may have been acceptable but it basically tasted like concession stand food that you would get at a football game. We were on a five hour trip and love to stop at little mom and pop places. We definitely will not be returning here. It was quiet a disappointment.

Cool little spot. Good burgers and fries. I’ll definitely stop be here again next time I’m thru the area. Also the waitress that helped me was very friendly with a smile the whole time! Worth a try.
