(February 28, 2020, 4:24 am)Hubby picked up dinner from China Express in Mathis tonight... If you want perfectly cooked/fried shrimp, this is the place. I ordered the Salt & Pepper shrimp thinking it would be something different but they were just perfect!!!! Hubby had Orange Beef, not what he thought it would be either but it, also, was deliciously perfect. Came with two containers of fried rice. Oh, photo shows half of the dish, we had already served ourselves the other half when I decided to take the photo...

(October 25, 2019, 10:46 pm)This hidden gem of a Chinese restaurant is amazing. The food is excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable. I ordered the Mu Shu Pork. It was very tasty. Comes with your choice of steamed or fried rice. Wish they had a desert menu. A nice little egg tart after the meal would be excellent.

(September 18, 2019, 6:11 pm)Place looks like an old motel diner turned into a Chinese restaurant. No buffet. Menu only. Food was tasty but could be better. I gave four stars for being prompt, friendly and cleanliness. Reasonable prices as well.

(June 22, 2019, 9:31 pm)New owners that opened 4/25/19. The service was great. We had ordered off the lunch menu. It was great! Amazing Triple Delight served with rice, eggroll, and your choice of soup. Great flavors all the way around! We will definitely go back!!
