Just stopped in today around 5 p.m. for a little supper. Ordered the fried chicken with chips and a side salad. Also ordered the baked mac n cheese. Got me a glass of sweet tea. That tea was refilled several times, and it was great. Just the right amount of ice and lemon in it. Plus they even give you a real glass made from glass. Their isn't any plastic being used in here. The food came out hot n fresh. And made to order. You can taste the love in it. The flavor of the chicken is out of this world. There's a reason it's called soul food. Because after you eat, your soul leaves your body. ????????Great good. Fair prices. Stop here and grab a bite to eat. Next time I'm getting the chicken n waffles, and some boudin balls. Maybe even try some of them smothered pork chops, and corn bread. Mmmm. Mmmm. You hungry yet? Stop on by. You won't regret it. Plus this is a Christian restaurant, in which they feed the homeless.
