Pep's Restaurant

We live out of town, but always try in stop in here when we drive through Portland.
The food is great, the staff is amazing and friendly. We always enjoy it here.

This is the best food in town. Their menu is so diverse you're bound to find something for everyone. The manager and staff are the greatest! Daily drink and food specials give you a reason to keep going back!

Nothing better for some succulent big gulf ???? shrimps than a Peps Millionaire ????Margarita,the charro beans ???? and rice ???? reminds you of home for sure , service was attentive and corteous ????

Four of us went to Peps Restaurant (1807 US 181, Portland) the other evening and all couldn’t have been more pleased! We ordered the Texas Pasta (2) Petit Steak and Portabella Chicken. The Texas Pasta was a 10oz ribeye steak w/fettuccine in Alfredo sauce w/mushrooms and onions! I like my steak medium rare, more rare than medium, and I mentioned that to our Server~perfect!! Absolutely delicious!
The Petit Steak was a 12oz New York w/baked Potato and corn (once it was substituted for beans, much better!) The Portabella Chicken, topped with cheese and Portabella sauce. This was the 3rd time we have been, my 2nd Review and def our go to place now for an excellent steak! Our Server, Bridget, remembered us (a nice plus) is so personable and attentive! Haven’t had the best luck in finding a good steak in our area so glad to have found Peps... and a bonus is they are a couple of dollars less per entrée than some area Restaurants!
