Pizza Hut

We have never really had a bad experience with this Pizza Hut. We usually order delivery, and our orders are almost always correct, delivered quickly hot & fresh. Also, I really want to commend whomever has been working the ovens and preparing pizzas for the past few months!!! You guys are doing a BOMB job, so please keep up the great work! Every single pizza that my family has purchased recently has been cooked to perfection! Delivery drivers are always courteous, employees in-store are always nice and always try to give us the best deals (though the call center could really use some improvement). Recently started ordering online, and like that much better than calling. We love our local Pizza Hut!!!

Went during lunch buffet around 12:30p. Not too many options to choose from. Pasta, breadsticks and cinnasticks were cold. There were 2 fresh pizzas out of 5.. Some employees in the back didnt want to be there. I probably won't be going back to sit in again. Still tipped the waitress since it seemed like she was having it rough dealing with the other employees.

I called the store and asked if Pizza would be delivered on time specified.. they said there was only 1 driver. So I chanced it and waited.. then Randy called me back and said the driver was stuck or backed up.. If i was still willing to pick up. I said yes, thanks for letting me know.
I was credited my delivery fee and tip.
Thank you for being prompt, knowing today I was in a rush to feed my teens pizza before my appt. In Corpus.
Great attitude.. I know as customers we can be harsh. But that continued tune of care and professionalism.. melts it away.. if you know what I mean. You handled everything perfectly Randy. Thank you.
