Blackland Smokehouse

Ribs are dang good. The turkey oh my goodness!! I've never had juicy turkey before until blacklands. Brisket was moist as well. I tried red potatoes which were very good. Mac n cheese is alright not oven baked, but not bad. Would totally go back for their meat plates etc

OUTSTANDING!! Since moving to Texas, we’ve sampled BBQ from at least 8 different places that all came highly recommended. Only today upon trying Blackland, did we finally have an authentic quality Texas BBQ experience!

Amazing brisket, perfect ribs, great sausage, and even the smoked Turkey was moist and delicious.

It’s definitely kind of a “locals only” place. If you’re going for the first time, don’t sit down and expect your order to be taken!

Head to the back where the food truck is inside the garage and place your order!

Delicious food! We got the 4 meat platter with Mac and cheese, beans and side of coleslaw. We are traveling through and decided to stop here, highly suggest!

Quick service, friendly. Disappointed they were out of ribs and smoked turkey at 12:20 pm on Thursday. My first time there. Ate sliced brisket and it tasted good. Beef prices were extra.

Best barbecue I’ve ever had. Better than Evie Mae’s. The brisket was perfect: thickly sliced, perfectly tender, not the least bit dry, with a very well executed crust around the edges. Really nice ranch style beans. Cole slaw was excellent and flavorful. Facility was roomy and clean. Gonna go back up and order dessert when my wife isn’t looking.
