“Stopped at this Little Caesars today for the first time after seeing the half pizza half cheese sticks ad on tv. I was hungry and the pizza sounded great. The place was very busy when I arrived and there was a small mixup in my order. The employee actually caught the mistake while I waiting in the parking lot for my order and went out of his way to make it right! The pizza was hot and when I got home I really enjoyed it. I will be back thanks to the good customer service by the employee.”

The buffet is limited and you aren't allowed to make your own plate, which means everything gets scrambled together while the servers make it. “The difference between one franchise operaton and another is defined by the management team and their supporting personnel. While during the pandemic this Pizza Hut lobby was closed. I placed an order for a thin crust Supreme. Soon enough the manager handed the order through my auto window. The product quality was excellent. The service was courteous and prompt and greatly appreciated. As I awaited completion of order there was a continuous stream of customers picking up their order. I came to understand why.”
