Amazing new find in Sherman. Hope and pray that it thrives. If you love poke or sushi or anything island come here. Relish and great fresh options to satisfy any appetite. Didn't see any spam tho ????

It was so good. I had to get make my own because all their specials have onions (I’m allergic) but it was way better then I imagined all I got would taste together. It was really filling too, it was like a sushi bowl so I didn’t expect to feel so stuffed but man it hit the spot and more. The price was really decent too. For two bowls with extra add-on and bubble milk tea was under $30.

Staff needs a little more training. I had to tell the person what to put in the Hula Twist Salad. Wait was a little unreasonable but I suspect speed will pick up over time. The two 'gentlemen' who line jumped during the lunch rush didn't help matters. Not cool guys. Food is great! Very fresh and flavorful!

This place is amazing and I'm so glad they blessed Sherman with it. The customer service here is incredible. They take great care of each and every person that comes in. They are friendly, talkative, and are very concerned about allergies such as gluten and make sure to tell the customer exactly what they can and cannot eat. The fish is so fresh. It is probably the freshest fish I have had in Texas. The bubble tea is really good as well. I can't wait to try out more variations. This is definitely my new favorite restaurants. This is the first time I would give six stars if I could.

It's been a long time coming, but finally open: a Poke restaurant in Sherman. All of the ingredients were very fresh and everything in my bowl was delicious. You can go with several predefined bowls from the menu or you can choose from each of the ingredients. Choose bowl, burrito, or salad. Choose your protein. Choose veggies. Choose your sauce and toppings. I had the Hula Twist. I substituted in Spicy Tuna. The tuna tasted extremely fresh. The eel was amazing and I usually don't care for eel... I can take it or leave it. I also added some avacado to mine. The bowl was so flavorful and tasty. The staff was very friendly and the service was very good, even with this being their first day. I saw one person had their order prepared wrong and the staff was quick to make it right. I do wish there was a little bit more seating. What a refreshing change from a lot of the "heavier" fast eating places in town. I highly recommend.
