Panda Express

Nice to have one of these around. Good prices for good Chinese takeout. The only reason it has 4 stars is because of the nature of Chinese takeout: you are full for maybe 23 minutes and 17 seconds, then you are hungry immediately after. Oh well.

My wife and daughters love it. Always easy in and out unless they are packed. Sometimes you have to wait for certain entrees but they are always happy when they get it.

It's easy to walk in here and say the service is good, or the service is bad. However, as a customer you don't care about the employees. All you care about is the service, and that's understandable. What you don't know is that most of these employees are being overworked and have no work- life balance At. All. As a customer, I have a lot of respect for these people because I know that upper management is not good/ nonexistent. These employees are busting their backs trying showing up everyday/ working multiple doubles in a row to make sure that this place stays open. If you go here, don't be ridiculous and have unrealistic expectations. Be patient and if you want fast service don't go when its OBVIOUSLY busy. This location is on BROADWAY!!! There are other places for you to go if you don't want to wait in line. The food here is cooked fresh so yes, for FRESH food you might have to wait. They have no problem cooking you good, fresh food. All you have to do is ask politely. They are human beings, so if you go here/ anywhere acting ridiculous, NO. They are not going to be thrilled to serve you, but that is literally anywhere you go. I understand this place is called Panda EXPRESS, but as a customer it is safer to think of it as a restaurant type of experience. Honestly, just don't be ridiculous. This place is great.
