Best burger in Tyler! Can't beat it for price either. Great spot to get together with family. Loved it here.

Small Local burger shop - which I love to support local businesses.

I wanted to LOVE the burger but there are a couple ways it could be improved -

Toasted bun or different bun, fresher tomato, etc etc

However the burger was cooked excellently and was hot.

I’ll keep trying it out occasionally and I WILL be back for the ice cream and shakes. It’s a cool little place

Not a bad burger joint. Hidden in a plaza. I enjoyed it but it reminded me too much of whataburger. Twisted root is higher but definitely more variety/better meat quality

The burgers and fries were Great. We liked the decor.
However, the staff were not very hospitable, with simple stuff like greeting the customer. It came a cross like we were an interruption in their day.
I have come during the week and customer service was great....will try again.

Great burgers! This is a great "mom & pops" type place tucked away and is a real gem for Tyler. Burgers are always perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Fries are amazingly crisp. We come back about twice a month now.
