(April 28, 2019, 1:55 am)Gotta try the green chili stew. It wasn't especially green, or stew-like, but I could make a meal out it. I had to wuss out and put the Sissy Sauce on my moist brisket which was marbled really nice. The peach cobbler was amazing as well.

(April 24, 2019, 8:13 pm)Bought a few lbs of meat and stuffed Baker. The only thing was the potato skin was all black char.so had to cut off the potato..which is the best part usually. Eaten at many Rudy's around Texas..all are very good. Friendly staff. Joe..teach em how to inspect those spuds before using them. See ya again.
