Never get tired of ihop. Great food. Dog friendly. My service dog is always welcomed no matter which location in any state we visit. Thanks ihop and keep up the great work :-)
I had a great experience. Our waitress was on point! ???? Pancakes were delicious since I got the tres leches. I enjoyed the hot chocolate as well! I usually come here a lot, so you’ll see me back ????
We had a delicious breakfast at the Tyler, TX IHOP off s. Broadway/ Hwy 69. Eggs with crisp bacon cooked perfectly. Fluffy pancakes plus Mother's waffle was cook well and tasted delicious too. 6 yr old granddaughter had the create a face pancake was she thought was the best. Waitress was very good and so attentive but not too much. Kept our coffee pot filled too that was tasty and hot. We arrived about 9:00 a.m. and had no wait even though they looked full. Meal was fast coming out (within 15 minutes or so). Definitely will come back.
My family & I ate at this original-style IHOP restaurant & found the service to be very good (Courtney); the food to be very good & the atmosphere to be a step back in time. This IHOP is laid out as IHOPs used to be, similar to a train car...tighter seating & just quaint. My mother grew up coming to this restaurant as a child & the staff allowed us to take an IHOP ornament off one of their Christmas wreaths as a keepsake. We had some sort of new omelette that was delicious and a large hazelnut cocoa that came in a bowl-sized mug. Everything about the experience was great!
It's irritating when you ask for something and they question or completely ignore you. Example. I said, "we BOTH want coffee with lots of the French vanilla creamers." She eyeballs my son and says, "one coffee or two?"
Then they bring out the coffee with no water. So I say, "we need either an ice water or cup of ice." She brings out 2 ice waters and a cup of ice. We are sitting at A TINY two-person table. There is NO room for anything extra- why can't people just listen?! It would have literally been LESS work for her!
