Beautiful ambiance, great selection of food and drinks. The staff is sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. Great for special celebrations or simply a good meal!

We eat at the Tyler Texas location monthly. We have never gotten bad food or service at this establishment. Our waitress Samantha was attentive and pleasant, she was awesome! My husband and I got the Alfredo today and it was tasteless, mine was hot and my husbands was not. The general manager (Jamal) came by and asked if everything was ok? We advised him of our issues and he offered to remake it, take it off our check and offered us dessert. We did not accept his offers as we only mentioned it to make him aware. We did box up the leftovers for our kids and Jamal gave us a gift card for our next visit. I’m writing this not to complain, but to say KUDOS to Jamal for being friendly, professional and leading by example as I watched him refill customers glasses! It’s very rare to see a GM getting his hands dirty.

Our waitress Lateia was superb! Excellent customer service! Delicious food for my Mom's birthday. Loved it! It's been awhile since I've been there and wow! Love the Tour of Italy!

Loved everything about our dinner! Our server, autumn, was amazing! She was prompt, patient with our messy kid, and made recommendations that were delicious. The food was perfect and came out in a timely manner. Will definitely be coming back and requesting her!

Wonderful food & service in a nice quaint atmosphere. We arrived early on a Sunday to have a birthday celebration for my sister & we we're able to be seated right away. Our server was very friendly, courteous, informative, as well as attentive to our needs throughout the whole meal. I always get the meatball pizza bowl & was told it is now only available Mon- Fri ???? but our server was kind enough to get one for me & I was so grateful! Yay! Overall, it was a great experience. I only gave it 4 stars though because of the very busy & small bathroom that wasn't the cleanest & it was quite congested.
