Mama's Restaurant

My Girlfriend and I needed a quick Breakfast before hitting the road so we decided to go to Mama's. We ordered the Chicken Fried Steak and eggs, and were met with a delicious tender and juicy Chicken friend steak, eggs were perfect, hash browns were spot on and my toast along with her pancakes were perfect! Thank you for the wonderful food, prices, and size of portions! We will be back!

I was a little worried about eating here after making a trip through the outer kitchen to get to the bathroom - it seemed a bit dirty to me. The waiter might have been new, he was a bit lost but the food was really good. We had breakfast and the portions were generous and my friend’s meal was very tasty with some good heat. We enjoyed our meal - just wish the place seemed a bit cleaner - makes you a little worried about the kitchen cleanliness.

First time there. Pretty good! I did like the green sauce. The chicken fried steak meal was good. My husband had a breakfast Neal. It was good also. Price reasonable and waitress very pleasant. Acted look keep she enjoyed her job.

Mama's is literally my favorite restaurant in Tyler. The employees are always wonderful, they have great customer service, and are willing to go the extra mile to get you what you want. The food is phenomenal, and the price can't be beat! The facilities are clean, but could use an expansion! Every time I introduce a friend to the Tyler area, I take them to Mama's for the ultimate local restaurant experience!

We ordered the hamburger steak. It was great tasting with gravy and onions on top. Like home cooking, but better! We got this from the senior menu which had a good selection and the prices are very reasonable! I didn't give this place a five star because it's not what you call a fancy place but we're glad we found it!
