    Glad to finally visit the famous Janie’s Cakes in person. My wife loves these pound cakes, and we were sure to make a stop while driving through East Texas. Quaint little store where you can pick up some while passing through. Definitely worth the splurge if you enjoy pound cake and want to experience Janie’s twist to it. The Java cake is our favorite, with the Chocolate and Chocolate chip coming in a close second!

    A wonderful experience! The folks at Janie's were so helpful as I investigated cake options for a baby shower I was hosting. The gluten-free Plain Jane Pound Cake with lemon and key lime curd was simply amazing. The shower honoree had not been able to eat pound cake in over ten years - she was overwhelmed by the flavor and texture of Janie's cake. Terrific service, beautiful packaging, and most importantly a product of the highest quality. I love to find a local company dedicated to the highest standards. They have earned my highest recommendation.
