The Egg & I Restaurants

I absolutely love this place. The pineapple tonic is so delicious and freshly made. The customer service was excellent every I have dined in.

New Years day was the first time I had breakfast here at The Egg & I Restaurant. The experience was perfect. The food was served on time our meals tasted great. Our waitress was friendly and polite. The environment was clean and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. Overall it was a great experience!!! Will defently return back with friends!

Update 12/23/17:
been back 4 times since previous review, deleting previous as they have fixed what ever was going on during that month. Since I have had great food and Service. Justin and Hanna are great servers if you get a chance to have them wait on you. I am glad my previous review is fixed as this is the best breakfast place in town as I stated before and is my favorite.

You have the dinner but they like to put an over cooked tomato on everything the wait is long and service is sub standard at best (menu selection is also lacking and prices are a bit high for quality of food and if you need to make your own breakfast). You have sweet sues buffet which is sub standard with food quality, been around a long time but it is just to run down for me. (Affordable tho) Then the buffet at golden coral which is good, I just don't ever feel good after eating at that place (and the buffet price can be considered high for breakfast). And then there is mama's, it's cheap food with decent service

All in all you still can't beat this place for the best price per quality and service in town for breakfast. I am happy things are running back to normal. Considering the amount of times I eat here I have only had a few bad experiences out of a 100 or so occasions.

I started to go back because the other places in town were lacking and I am glad I did. Had one of those were do we go for breakfast and we did not want to go to the others, and would rather give our favorite we missed so much another try.

The best place in Tyler for breakfast or lunch! A rare place where you really feel like you got your money's worth! Everything on the menu is fantastic! All organic! No preservatives!

Plates are big here. While you might wish for lower prices you will not walk away hungry. The food is fresh, service friendly and they always have seasonal specials.
