The Cheesecake Factory

The food was pretty good. The server was nice and attentive but could have better knowledge of the menu so that he could assist with vegan options. It was super busy but we got our food fairly quick. I hope they add more vegan friendly options.

I decided to try the 'factory' out for the first time. I ordered a pepperoni flat bread pizza as my entree and I ordered fried macaroni and cheese as an appetizer. I also ordered a piece of oreo cheesecake to go. How can you go to the cheesecake factory without ordering cheesecake? Anyway, the hot food was hot and the cheesecake was cold. Just like you would expect. My food tasted great and was reasonably priced considering all of the employees that are on staff. My server was excellent. He was a young man and he was kept very busy. The restaurant had just opened and the area he was working was already packed. He had no problem keeping up with his customers and he did have help from other employees. They worked well as a team. I want to go back and try something else on the menu. Five stars from me. I hope you have a similar experience.

Good service. Food portions are enormous and pretty good. I enjoyed my chicken costoletta but it was enough to eat for like 3 days. The bread was pretty gross but it's free so it doesn't really matter. Cheesecake is as big as everything else, definitely enough for at least 2 people.

As a former employee, I know that The Cheesecake Factory is a fantastic company! High quality food, from scratch, made to order with the most skilled chefs & an extremely competent service staff is what you’ll find here...especially at the Arlington location!
