Three sizes to choose from. You pack What you like in a bowl(raw)or(uncooked). Several seasoning to choose from and they cook it in a timely manner. Good food, decent waiter/waitress service.
How could you not give this place five stars... Their ingredients are fresh and delicious, so if your bowl isn't awesome... That's on you. I love a meat-heavy bowl, with tons of baby corns. I miss the water chestnuts they used to have, though. Dragon sauce is pretty good, though it tastes less fiery than it used to.
I Freakin love this place... the manager is a great dude the wait staff are always very helpful and do it with a smile. Even if they are having a bad day they go out of the way to ensure you have a good experience. There is nothing more I can really say about these guys/gals other then keep up the great work.
After not visiting a Genghis Grill location for a few years, my husband and I decided we would dine here over the weekend. The food was great, as always.
The reason I am leaving a three star review is because of the service. It’s apparent that this establishment has changed to a ‘self-service’ business model. The servers don’t even bring your drinks anymore, instead they bring you an empty cup and show you where the drink fountain is.
My advice to management would be to consider integrating that excellent level of service you used to have back into your business. Great service is key to creating a memorable experience.
