McDonald's

Ok as fast food goes but the last 3 times I've ordered a hot mocha they said the machine wasn't up and running :(

I'm giving them five stars after my bad experience cause they made it right. I got stuck in their driveway for over 30 minutes. I honestly thought they might be getting robbed. I mean all kinds of stuff goes through your head of why they could possibly be taking this long. Finally i get to first window and ask what the problem is and the girl says i don't know but i think its a person with a big order and when we ask them to pull up to a number they don't so it backs up the whole line. I preceded to tell her if i was manager they would need to come in and get their food now and if they don't move...calling police. Some people are so rude and ghetto. The upside is I wrote McDonald's about the situation and the owner and local manager made it right. I actually got a letter from the owner or head honcho which shows they care about their customers. I also got treated to a free lunch. I do hope they so something about the ignorant rude customers that won't pull up but instead back up the line that long.
