Good service. Food was below average. The Oreo shake was so bad. It was like a vanilla shake and the consistency was like water

The staff consists of really great people and I am a big fan of the friendly drive through lady at the window. Her smile would get her out of a murder conviction. Everything that i order here comes out correct the first time and is always top quality food. No slackers here.

Really Jack in the box. Good brand of meals. Relatively cheap compared to other burger places. Well positioned around Arlington.

There's a bit of language barrier going on in the mornings, but both of the ladies who take orders are kind and do their best to get things right through a speaker that sounds like a jet engine with half its bearings going out. If you order anything with fried chicken in the mornings then chances are you'll be asked to pull around the front and wait for them to bring it out to you; somehow this phenomenon always adds 10 minutes to a drive-thru visit, but hey the chicken is never undercooked.

Food and service was just fine, but my young son was unable to use the restroom due to it being very dirty. I mean he came out and told me he did not use the restoom. He said he tried the stall, and that was dirty too! So he washed his hands and came out. He said he could wait. Never has he done that.
