The place is clean, service was great and Aimee was awesome. She explained all the ingredients she put in. That banana nut w pecans shake was delectable. I crave for it now. I literally came from houston to try it. You will not be disappointed

Walked into a pleasant home felt atmosphere. Customer service was very friendly and professional. Coming from the gym the owner’s knew exactly what we needed to bounce back. Looking forward to visiting this black owned business again ?. Enjoy these health habits of shakes and teas . Looking to lose weight , gain weight or get that energy back. Any natural transformation don’t forget to ask about meal plans.

I stopped by the nutrition shop, and my experience was wonderful. Great service,clean, following protocol closely for the times that we are in, and on top of all of that, they shake,energy tea, and fat burner shot was delicious without the guilt of those sugary products everyone else uses! Make sure you stop by this shop, I absolutely do not regret it.. customer for life

Excellent, flavorful and filling. I have had three flavors so far and all were tasty. I have yet to pick a favorite, not sure I want to. Anyone who visits will find something they fancy from teas to shakes, they have it all just like a 5 star hotel. Lol
Oh and if you have any lil quirks or requests, they will be more than happy to meet your tastebud's needs. Check 'em out, you won't be disappointed!
