Tong's Mongolian Grill

Went for lunch, it wasn't busy when we got there so quite easy to be seated. Place was clean. The food was good. I had a good selection as well as a small Buffet of extras like spring rolls and potstickers.

It's a Mongolian grill. I had not heard of this until I was brought here. The servers are succinct and bring you to your table quickly. This grill is an all you can eat for about $11 each. You get noodles and a multitude of meats to choose from. With the meats and noodles you get many choices of sauces and vegetables. They make the noodles on a grill in front of you habachi style and then hand you the food. Very great service.

I haven't been here since the g was added to Ton's. I'm not even sure when that happened.
The place is rearranged and honestly I don't mind the new layout with an extra buffet table with dumplings and rice and spring rolls. There are a couple deserts at one end some peach cobbler and some kind of cookie that tasted like a super sweet crescent roll. I enjoyed that. But something is definitely different with the flavoring. I made it like I always have in the past many times, i have down to a science. Did not taste right. Too salty and not much other flavor.
The staff were nice enough no-one was rude but I don't feel I will be back.
