Smoke'N Ash BBQ

I’ve been coming with my family since the restaurant opened. The family and employees who work there have always been wonderful and nice to us every time we come in. I have no complaints about the food (then again I’m not picky lol) and the wait times are appropriate for a RESTAURANT. Too many people complain about the long wait without realizing it’s not a McDonald’s or Wendy’s. I’m always excited for the next time we go!

This place is a perfect spot for BBQ. Right in my neighborhood and GREAT customer service. Food is spectacular (I got the fried catfish and smoked short ribs). The meat was tender and had a lot of FLAVOR which is a hard thing for other BBQ places to accomplish. I am most definitely coming back next week. Only down side is that they are not open on Sundays which I understand cause they have a family. I recommend this place.

Service was friendly and food came out quick. The business take pride in cleanliness, I peaked in the back when I ordered the food. I really enjoyed Mac and cheese and ribs. I will definitely come back to this place. The only negative thing I can say was the one of my ribs was coder than the rest of ribs but it was still good.

Last but not least the music was pretty good.

Everything we got ( chicken, ribs, brisket, sausage, green beans, pulled pork) was flavorful and cooked well e x c e p t the baked potato. It tasted like it had been in the Warmer for about 12 hours. Otherwise everything was good and we will go back. I will just make sure the baked potato is fresh. Also the owner was very sweet and I'm sure if we had dined in they would have fixed the potato issue but since I got "to go" I couldn't say anything.
**UPDATE** I have been back several times and my Big Ash baked potato has been absolute perfection both times????????????

Great food and atmosphere. I had my 22 lb turkey smoked at Smoke N Ash, it was delicious. The leftover turkey was later made in a turkey salad, it was even better. We started a new tradition for the holidays, having our turkeys smoked here. Must try it once, you will definitely come back.
