It was not very crowded and the staff was friendly and helpful. They still have the mechanical band. Awesome.

Had my daughter's second birthday here. Ty, our host went above and beyond to accommodate us. She worked the front end as well as our party, all seamlessly. You would think she ran the place. Which made for a great experience. Thank you.

Mediocre food, but the kids loved it. The salad bar was ok but not fresh. The drink station was not clean. Half of the games work. This location needs to be updated like the others in surrounding areas. It has a strong stench upon entrance. Half of the unoccupied tables were not clean. But again, the kids loved it. So the reason I gave it 3 stars is because they do check the stamps on the adults and children’s hand or wrist upon entrance and exit. The staff was friendly. Plus, they accomplished the goal of satisfying kids!

Good place for kids to play and have good time. Not to busy at most times. Fairly clean and organized and polite staffing.

They had 1 lady up front at 1:30 on a Sunday we wanted about 15 minutes before she even said anything to us because she was checking out people with ????tickets. When she finally said something there was not any eye ????contact. But I guess her mind was somewhere else trying to do everything alone. Not her fault. They should have a least 2 people up there on a Sunday they people were leaving she had to ask them to wait so she can check them out. I mean 3 jobs at once. But other than that it was cool
