Golden Chick

This will always be my favorite Golden Chick. Holly, is the most dear and kind person. Bree is hard working and friendly and Pat, she us stern but friendly to the new guests as well as the locals. I love the chicken strips with gravy poured over them and the rolls ❤❤ . I miss the bottles if honey you could just pour on your roll.

Can't complain about the chicken here. The prices though...ehhhhh don't know if it's THAT good. Rolls are awesome and chicken was fresh and crispy, so I can't complain too much about the prices. Customer service was good too, so it is worth the stop. Has moved into my top three chicken chains.

This place is pretty good, definitely did not expect the spicy chicken to be this good, it has a nice "zang" to it! Surprised this place isn't more popular. Their staff is so polite and respectful. I loved my experience!

All of the food is pretty good, but I especially like the roasted chicken and catfish. The food is always freshly prepared and well seasoned. I also think it is reasonably priced for what you get.

However, I’d like to point out the great customer service I recently received. I was in the drive thru placing an order and left without getting my food. I was obviously preoccupied and didn’t realize that I had only paid for my food and hadn’t gotten it yet.

I was already out of the parking lot and at the stop sign when I saw two teenagers flagging me down in the Golden Chick parking lot. They were trying to get my attention to say that I had left without getting my food. I would not have even realized until I got home. So thankful these two young employees went out of their way to make sure I got my food.
