Jamaica Gates never fails

First let me begin by stating that this is one of my favorite restaurants in Arlington. I always feel the love. On this occasion, I ordered the oxtails, peas and rice and salad. It was delicious. My friend had goat and jerk chicken. I will attest that the goat is so delicious and tender that I wanted to steal his food. Really I did (but I didn't of course). The drinks are also pretty great. What I like about this place is that the cook greets his guests just every time I've been here. This place is definitely worth visiting. Just know the food is addictive.

Weekday Lunch Buffet was a good introduction to Jamaican food for my kids. The flavors were true but not too strong or too spicy. We had fun trying the different Jamaican sodas too. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was kind and patient. I'm looking forward to taking my husband back for a date night with live music.

It was the first time I had jamacain food and it was delicious! The oxtails reminded me of neck bones. Our server Mike, went out of his way to make sure my family and I had the best experience possible. I can't wait to go again.

Some of the best tasting chicken I have ever had!! Fall off the bone! The staff is very friendly and courteous. Buffet for lunch is what we had. My plate included jerk and curry chicken. Along with some fresh cabbage. I'm telling you, it's worth coming in just for some of that chicken!!
