The food was fresh and came out very quickly! The nachos and tacos are “build your own” style, which I personally love. They have a nice variety and even offer vegan options🌱!
We tried the F.N. Spicy Tacos and the Tropical BBQ Chicken Nachos…they did NOT disappoint. Both were packed with flavor and great sized portions. We also tried the caramel cheesecake and the maple bacon mousse. All I can describe them as is BOMB.
To top it off, the staff members were very personable and offered great recommendations. They made us feel comfortable as though we were long time regulars. The atmosphere was laid back, but super cute, and the music was great.
Nacho Flamingo will for sure be our new go to spot 😋 🌮🌯

What a wonderful place! Not only is the location very cute, they also have delicious food! Everything is prepared a la carte, which means every part of your meal (whether it be nachos, tacos, or a salad) is prepared separately and you add it in as you please! This can be advantageous if you're buying it for a meal later in the day and don't want it to get soggy, or if there's a certain ingredient you wouldn't want a full serving of. Being able to control how much of what you have is awesome, especially if you're like me and only want a little bit of jalapeno in your meal, but not a full serving of it.
You can order a custom meal, with your choice of meat and sides, or you can choose one of the meals on their menu. I ordered the Tropical BBQ Chicken Nachos, and they were DELICIOUS!!! My only critique is that the heated portions of the food cooled off pretty quickly, but it's very possible that happened because I added them on top of a cold ingredient. Jose helped me order and prepare my lunch today, and I really appreciated his service! Happy to see a little shop like this here, and I hope it sticks around :)

Came in for lunch today for the first time and am so glad I did!! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the vegan options. Everything was seasoned to perfection and I will definitely be back.

Quick and flavorful in a stylish, trendy spot. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff too. I am vegan so I wanted to know what items were vegan friendly and the gentleman behind the counter gave me several options including meatless meat and a vegan queso!
